SetControlEnabled MultiLine Cancel The title field is required!

   We find something strange in the SetControlEnabled method of the SmartViewerControl.
   The code contains a comment indicating that a MultiLine UltraTextEditor should be set read-only and not disabled (to enable the scroll bar). 
   With the viewer property ReadOnlyDisabled = false the control will get disabled when disabling the controls.
   The read only property gets correctly set but doesn't re-enable the control.
