   • I tried the bullet formatting
     but it creates a bullet on the first line, instead of the line I'm currently on
   • I think markdown would be a better option as this is already the format used on the ServiceDesk support and in Jira

   Hi Carl, I'm afraid that format is not supported by Sitefinity.
